| Golf Mark Award for Sand Martins |

| Sand Martins Golf Club in Wokingham is the latest BB&O club to achieve the prestigious Golf Mark award. Congratulations to Junior Organiser Tommy Dean and his team who put together a comprehensive file of evidence to support their submission. A total of 8 BB&O Clubs now have achieved Golf Mark with several more on the brink. |

| New Coaching Initiative for BB&O Boys and Girls |

| Sport England - who distribute Lottery money to sport - have made funds available for the coaching and development of young golfers in the 9 - 16 age range. |

| Hadden Hill awarded Golf Mark |
| Thu 6th Mar |
Congratulations to Hadden Hill Golf Club who have become the 10th BB&O club to attain Golf Mark. They were one of the original five clubs who were awarded the earlier Junior Golf Mark and have worked hard to upgrade to full Golf Mark.
This award will neatly complement the Sport England grant which they obtained to build their new Par-3 course, which will open shortly - weather permitting! |

| More Golf Mark successes for BB&O Clubs |

Congratulations to Ellesborough and Reading golf clubs for achieving Golf Mark accreditation. This takes the total number of clubs in BB&O with Golf Mark to 7, with 5 more having achieved the earlier Junior Golf Mark.
